In this installment of our Get to Know series, we’re excited to introduce you to Yesica Simkins, a Case Manager on our team at Cappy Law!
As a case manager, Yesica oversees and coordinates various aspects of our personal injury cases post demand. She serves as a primary point of contact for clients and works with them to gather information, manage the details of the case, schedule appointments, and so much more. The work Yesica, along with our other legal assistants on our team do is paramount to the success of our clients.

What is your favorite restaurant in Tampa?
The Columbia Restaurant is my favorite restaurant in Tampa. Their food is fresh, authentic, and most importantly, delicious. I highly recommend it!
What is your favorite weekend activity?
On the weekends, I love going to either Universal or Disney World.
How long have you been with Cappy Law?
I’ve been with Cappy Law for just over a year.
What is the best thing about working at Cappy Law?
The best thing about working at Cappy Law is definitely the people. Our team is supportive, hardworking, and wonderful to be around. They make coming to work an enjoyable experience.
Why do you enjoy working in Personal Injury?
Simply put, I love helping people get the compensation and justice they deserve. I personally had a horrible experience after an accident I was involved in and I learned so much from it. That experience and now working at Cappy Law has made me realize even more how important the work we’re doing here is and how much of a difference it makes in people’s lives.
