Think of Kathryn as an air traffic controller. She manages the flow of new clients and ensures they’re directed to the right person on our team.
Kathryn sets up the case file, schedules appointments, answers any basic questions a client might have such as “How long does a case usually take?”, handles follow-up calls and so much more.

What is your favorite restaurant in Tampa?
Charley’s Steakhouse is my favorite restaurant in Tampa! It offers that classic steakhouse feel and every item on the menu from starters to steaks is delicious. I highly recommend it.
What is your favorite weekend activity?
On the weekends, my favorite activity is scrapbooking. I love collecting and sharing memories in a creative way.
How long have you been with Cappy Law?
I’ve been with the Law Offices of Ryan Cappy for four years.
What is the best thing about working at Cappy Law?
It’s hard to pinpoint one thing, but for me, it’s the hybrid home/in office schedule, Ryan’s pleasant attitude, and how much he cares for his employees.
Why do you enjoy working in Personal Injury?
Simply put, there’s never a dull moment! This keeps things interesting and engaging and is a big reason why I enjoy working in personal injury.
