Benjamin Franklin once said, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.”
In personal injury law especially, preparation is key to success.
Kayla Brewington, our Post Demand Legal Assistant, knows this well as her organization and attention to detail help prepare our personal injury lawyers to obtain the best outcomes for our clients.
Her research builds strong foundations for our client’s cases and we’re excited for you to get to know her better.

What is your favorite restaurant in Tampa?
My favorite restaurant in Tampa is Mr. & Mrs. Crab on Fowler Avenue. There’s so much variety on the menu and every meal there is better than the last. I highly recommend it.
What is your favorite weekend activity?
Nothing beats the weather in Tampa so I make it a point to spend time outdoors and that’s why I love going to different parks with my dog.
How long have you been with Cappy Law?
I’ve been with Cappy Law for nearly two years.
What is the best thing about working at Cappy Law?
The best thing about working at Cappy Law is the company culture. Everyone that works here is kind, motivated, intelligent, and wonderful to be around. Creating and maintaining a strong, positive culture is a top priority here and it shows by how strong our team’s morale is.
Why do you enjoy working in Personal Injury?
When someone’s in an accident, there’s a lot of uncertainty. It’s scary and the unknowns can be overwhelming. I enjoy working in personal injury because I want to give people peace of mind in knowing there’s a team of experts ready to help them and fight for the compensation they deserve.
