In the first installment of our Llegar a saber series, we introduced you to Ryan Cappy, the founder of and personal injury lawyer at Cappy Law.
Today, we’re excited to feature Associate Attorney, Alexandra Copeland.
Alexandra attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate studies and Law School. Before helping her clients as a Tampa personal injury lawyer here at Cappy Law, she gained knowledge and experience in commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense.
Enjoy her Q&A!
What is your favorite restaurant?
I love Psomi. If you’re unfamiliar, it’s a Greek restaurant on N Howard Avenue in Tampa. They serve breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch and so much more. I highly recommend it.
¿Cuál es tu actividad favorita del fin de semana?
Walking along the Riverwalk is one of my favorite activities. There’s something so relaxing and energizing about walking by the water.
¿Cuánto tiempo lleva trabajando en Cappy Law?
I’ve been with the Cappy Law team for three and a half years.
¿Qué es lo mejor de trabajar en Cappy Law?
It’s hard to choose, but the supportive environment here is unmatched. We all show up to work every day motivated to give our clients the results they want and deserve. We celebrate our successes and inspire each other to go the extra mile not only for our clients but to better ourselves personally and professionally.
¿Por qué te gusta trabajar en lesiones personales?
There are lots of unanswered questions and uncertainty after being in an accident. As a personal injury lawyer, it’s my job to take the guesswork out of the equation. I love being someone my clients can count on to help them through difficult times in their lives.
Did you always know you wanted to be a lawyer? When did you know that going into law was the right career choice?
Actually, I didn’t grow up thinking I’d be a lawyer. It wasn’t until I spent time as a legal assistant that something clicked. During that time, as I learned more about the ins and outs of the law, I felt confident it was the right career choice for me.
