Ryan Cappy
Attorney / Founder
Ryan Cappy is an experienced personal injury attorney and the founder of The Law Offices of Ryan Cappy. Ryan is a Tampa native, graduating Cum Laude from Jesuit High School in 1993. He is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law. For multiple years, he has been selected for the Best Lawyers in America®, Super Lawyers, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum (MMADF), and the Florida Trend™ Florida Legal Elite. Ryan resides in Tampa with his wife and four children.
Tim Sanders
Attorney
Tim Sanders was born and raised in Michigan. He attended the University of Michigan and received his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University in 2003. He practiced law in Michigan for 4 years before moving to the Tampa Bay area. He then decided to switch from the insurance (or defense) side of the law to the plaintiff side, with the goal of helping injured individuals. He has spent the past 10+ years at two different Tampa injury law firms, representing injured plaintiffs’ in all facets of personal injury claims.
Yusuf Haidermota
Attorney
Yusuf Haidermota, raised in Tampa, FL, graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in History and earned his Juris Doctorate from Florida State College of Law in 2008. He served as an Assistant State Attorney, handling numerous trials, and later led a complex litigation group at a civil firm. Now with The Law Offices of Ryan Cappy, he litigates statewide in state and federal courts. Yusuf is active in professional organizations and enjoys family time, outdoor activities, and supporting his sons’ interests.
