First impressions are everything. You only get one chance to make a good one. And, luckily for our team at Cappy Law, Kathryn DiRaimo, one of our Client Intake Specialists, is typically one of the first team members that potential clients speak with.
Think of Kathryn as an air traffic controller. She manages the flow of new clients and ensures they’re directed to the right person on our team.
Kathryn sets up the case file, schedules appointments, answers any basic questions a client might have such as “How long does a case usually take?”, handles follow-up calls and so much more.

Charley’s Steakhouse is my favorite restaurant in Tampa! It offers that classic steakhouse feel and every item on the menu from starters to steaks is delicious. I highly recommend it.
¿Cuál es tu actividad favorita del fin de semana?
On the weekends, my favorite activity is scrapbooking. I love collecting and sharing memories in a creative way.
